2. Hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in server log files, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure and stable operation).
3. Contact form and email
If you contact me by form or email, I process your details (name, company, email, optional phone, your message) to handle your enquiry, based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is deleted once it is no longer needed and no legal retention duties apply.
4. Online booking with Calendly
To book an intro call, I link to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC (USA). Calendly is not embedded on this website: only when you click the link does Calendly’s page open and process your details (such as name, email, chosen time, company). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (arranging an appointment before a contract). Calendly is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. See Calendly’s privacy notice: calendly.com/privacy.
5. Fonts, videos, cookies and analytics
Fonts and videos are stored on this server; no connection to Google Fonts, YouTube or similar services is made. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services.
6. Your rights
You have the rights under Art. 15–21 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
