Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your question? Send me a message or give me a call.

Who is the programme for?

For healthy employees who want to prevent problems or have only occasional back complaints. Anyone with chronic, inflammatory or unexplained acute problems should get medical advice first. The programme does not replace therapy.

Which language are the sessions in?

English or German, depending on your team. Mixed groups work too.

Where do the sessions take place?

On site at your company. A meeting room or open space is enough. In good weather we can go outside.

Do we need our own equipment?

No. I bring the small equipment. Whether mats are needed depends on the format, and we’ll sort that out in the intro call.

Do people need to change clothes?

Not for the Active Break. For Back School at Work I recommend comfortable clothes.

How many people can take part?

Up to 12 per group in Back School at Work, so I can guide everyone properly. Larger teams are split into several groups.

Is ergonomics included?

Yes. Back School at Work includes a session on setting up desk, chair and screen, and on lifting and carrying. You can also book the Workstation Check, where I adjust each workstation together with your employees. It is practical advice, not a formal workplace risk assessment.

What does it cost?

That depends on format, group size and frequency. After the free intro call you get a tailored offer.

Does health insurance contribute?

German health insurers support workplace health promotion under § 20b SGB V. Support is agreed individually with the insurer. I help with the request but can’t promise an outcome.

How do we get in touch?

Use the contact form, book a call online, or reach me by email or phone. Everything is on the contact page.

Let’s talk about your team.

In a free intro call (about 20 minutes) we’ll go through your needs, team size and format. No obligation.
